Eco-Innovation as a Positive and Happy Industry Externality: Evidence from Mexico

This research has carried out structural equation modelling to empirically examine whether Mexican industrial firms have a green policy reduce their environmental impact. It will allow them enjoy sustainable development based on eco-innovation and happiness management principles. type of innovation can be initiated by the companies’ own or external factors, such as market requirements, demands customers, consumers, suppliers, civil society through corporate social responsibility. The findings this article highlight three main aspects. first is that statistically analysed actions undertaken companies are essentially motivated pressures financial sector, society. Secondly, economic incentives in Mexico crucial for manufacturing implement environmentally friendly production patterns within organisations since generates possibility developing new businesses.
